Every year, TNW bring together international world leaders in technology. And ever since 2016, we accept the challenge to solve their most delicious logistical puzzle: how to cater for tens of thousands of people, three sit-down dinners, countless amounts of sub-events and a catering crew of almost 150 people per day?
404 –stress not found. No, not even on peak moments where 10.000 people all want their lunch at the same time. We made sure TNW was culinary care-free all day. And while we’re at it, we made sure it was all done sustainably. We let every visitor discover the future of food. We came up with dishes such as ‘The NextBurger’; a hybrid burger which was made with about 50% less meat, paired up with some brilliantly awesome Amsterdam brews.
