How do we use every ingredient down to the very last crumb? How do we make sure the least amount of ingredients possible are wasted? How to make a full festival foodcourt completely circular? DGTL asked us these questions. And we searched for the damn delicious answer.


Concept

Fact: To feed the entire world in 2050, our relationship with food has to change dramatically. With DGTL festival representing a mini-city, we showed that it’s possible. We developed a revolutionary circular food system where every part of the product has value. Every year, we learn and improve. Until that circular food court is completely waste-free.
