No, planning a funeral isn’t the confetti and cocktail fuelled celebration we often plan for our clients. Nevertheless, we were incredibly honoured to arrange catering at a memorable farewell in the impressive Gashouder of the Westergasfabriek. While following our long-standing principles and sustainable goals, we ensured a day with both time and space to mourn and celebrate life.
And we did so with the favourite snacks of the deceased: some artisanal bitterballen and homemade cheese sticks accompanied by drinks. Stuffed sandwiches ensured that the family got through the day without any hassle. Everything was safely served individually according to the corona measures in force at the time. The perfect setting for friends and family to toast to life under the dome of the Gashouder
